39 members attended EGM the meeting last Monday 9th February.

The meeting was called to discuss some issues relating to holding cycling events during 2009.

The club has been awarded the Grass Routes grant of £5000 to work with Sefton schoolchildren on cycling skills and racing. As this involves children the people involved will need a police check in line with the Child Protecion Policy.

The 9 week series of mountain bike sessions start on Tuesday April 21st; with the grand final on Lord Street before the City Centre pro race on Thursday 11th June

On Thursday 11th June the pro race starts at 7-30.
The SouthportCC 1 lap Centenary Shield race will be part of the programme
